Entry Process is very simple Just fill the Form and pay your registration fees and wait for the audition date. After receiving online audition letter do as directed and pay audition fees. After completing the formalities if your profile get selected then you will said to be registered in the Star Mrs. Miss India Beauty Pageant.

We don't charge any thing for traveling, refreshment, lunch, accommodation, makeup and dress. You have to bear your own expenses done by you.

STAR MRS MISS INDIA (RULES AND REGULATIONS)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. As applicant, I agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the organisers.
  2. The applicant should be above 18 years while participating in STAR MRS. MISS INDIA. As applicant, I shall submit the age proof (Passport, birth certificate, school leaving certificate, driver’s license, etc.).
  3. The applicant should be a natural born female, an Indian born, NRI, married & be good in health.
  4. The Applicant should be married, can be divorced or widowed with or without children while participating in STAR MRS INDIA and unmarried and without engaged while participating in STAR MISS INDIA.
  5. The Applicant must never have, nor will she during her reign, pose for any photography, video, or film associated with any nudity or pornography. Nor has she ever or is presently involved in any form of employment which involves partial or complete nudity.
  6. All photos submitted and taken during the Contest shall become the absolute property of STAR INDIA REALTY AWARDS and may be used in future promotions and marketing events at their sole discretion and shall not be limited to contest.
  7. The applicant should not be under any commercial contract with any modeling agency at the time of appearing for the auditions. The applicant once short listed cannot be a part of any other commercial contract.
  8. The organisers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
  9. The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per schedule given. Only persons of good health and moral character can participate.
  10. The auditions, regional rounds, State level, Zone level expenses & Grand Finale (Travel & Stay) including grooming & training will have to be borne by the participant.
  11. I understand and agree to pay a application fees and if selected then registration fee at the time of registration. I also agree to pay registration fee and to pay it pertaining to State, Zone level and National events after getting shortlisted and after auditions that includes grooming, hotel (with roommate), food, crown, Accommodation, Meals, Pageant Coaching, Costumes, Makeover, Professional Portfolio, Promotion & Gift Hampers.
  12. I agree to pay any personal expenses for the pageant, including airfare, travel, wardrobe and hotel personal charges & other miscellaneous charges.
  13. The organisers are not responsible; if the sponsors do not make good the prizes promised by them.
  14. The organisers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk.
  15. Applicant agrees that if selected as a contestant to compete in the, STAR MISS & MRS INDIA Pageant, they will participate in the Auditions, State Level, Zone Level & National Pageant and if selected as the National titleholder will compete at the International pageant if given opportunity. Assume all responsibility for payment there after of fees will have to be borne by the participant herself.
  16. Contestant further understands that if selected a winner in her competition, that for one year her professional affairs as said winner will be under the sole management of STAR MISS & MRS INDIA and/or its licensees and that she will not give any written or oral endorsements without the express written permission of same. Contestant acknowledges that all rights for any appearances, endorsements, speaking engagements, acting roles, etc. resulting from winning or being a contestant in any regional, state or international competition affiliated with STAR MISS & MRS INDIA shall belong exclusively to same.
  17. STAR MISS & MRS INDIA Pageant may disclose any and all information provided by me to any person for any purpose.
  18. Applicant understands and agrees to authorize STAR INDIA REALTY AWARDS and those authorized by the STAR MISS & MRS INDIA Pageant to research and verify the information I have given on this application for this pageant including personal and professional background, character, work history, awards, and qualifications.
  19. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to during or after the contest.
  20. I understand and agree that if I am selected as a Contestant, State, Zone Titleholder or National Titleholder, all decisions concerning production, promotions, photographs, advertising, program, media, social media, endorsements, testimonials, appearance, and all other aspects of the STAR MISS & MRS INDIA Pageant as well as throughout my reign are solely at the discretion of the STAR INDIA REALTY AWARDS.
  21. Titleholder agrees that STAR MISS & MRS INDIA Pageant will be informed of and approve all appearances. Crowns and sashes remain the property of the STAR MISS & MRS INDIA Pageant. Any Contestant that defaults on her contract must return all prizes, crown and sash to the national office in the condition in which it was received.
  22. Applicant understands and agrees that any misconduct, negative innuendoes or misrepresentation of themselves or other participants, through any form, be it oral, written and/or by actions, will be grounds for disqualification, without question. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
  23. Applicant must be willing to release, unconditionally and forever, any claim against STAR MISS & MRS INDIA Pageant its parent and affiliated or related companies and their respective officers, sponsors, directors, partners, volunteers, employees, agents and assigns, which they may have by virtue of their participation in the national pageant, or by any use of their name, likeness, voice, and/or biography in connection with the national pageant, including use in promotional and advertising material.
  24. Applicant is not a party to any contract written or verbal with any person, firm, business, Public Relations Firm, publicist, charity or corporation in respect to any present title that she holds or may hold, nor has Contestant made any commitments for the future regarding any such titles.
  25. I understand in joining this event I give permission to STAR MISS & MRS INDIA to use my name, likeliness and title to use for promotion. All images become personal property of the STAR MISS & MRS INDIA.
  26. Only the applicant will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries.
  27. The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organisers.
  28. Under no circumstances and not for any reason shall participants be entitled to a refund in whole or in part of any fees already paid. All fees paid to the STAR MISS & MRS INDIA Pageant (STAR INDIA REALTY AWARDS) are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part under any circumstances.
  29. All fees paid to the pageant are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part under any circumstance. The fees paid towards grooming is nonrefundable in any circumstances.
  30. This includes, but not limited to application fees , registration fees, advertising fees, entrry fees, program book ads, pageant admission tickets sales fees, guest meal fees, extra event fees, crown and sash fees, special award fees, and any other fees paid to STAR MISS & MRS INDIA Pageant by anyone including, but not limited to Contestants, Sponsors, Family Members and Advertisers.
  31. I understand and agree that in the event the STAR MISS & MRS INDIA determines I am ineligible and not allowed to compete in the National Pageant. I will not be entitled to any refund whatsoever.
  32. The organisers are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event. In the event of any dispute, the organizer decisions are final and binding on the applicant. The organisers have all the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, and amend the show.
  33. The entries will be judged by a panel of eminent judges. The decisions of the judges will be final and binding on every participant. No correspondence in connection with the procedure adopted or the result will be entertained.
  34. In the event of any dispute, the organizers decisions are final and binding on the applicant. Deadlines are determined by the number of entries. The decision of the Jury/Judges are final.
  35. The Prize Money is subject to change as the winning prize is depends on sponsor of the contest.
  36. In the event of any dispute, Organizers’ decisions are final and binding on the applicant.
  37. The courts of Kalyan have the jurisdiction over all disputes.
  38. The Candidate agrees to abide by all rules and regulations which may be changed from time to time by the organizers and he/she shall have no objection to the same whatsoever.
  39. Participants agree that STAR INDIA REALTY AWARDS has the sole discretion to strip the winner of his/her title if he/she violates any terms or spirit of this beauty pageant or any other signed agreements.
  40. The participant shall not give any press interviews or hold a press conference without the prior permission in writing of the President of STAR INDIA REALTY AWARDS.
  41. The STAR INDIA REALTY AWARDS is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delays, disruptions, non-receipt of adequate number of applications or for acts of omission or commission on any account and for any reason Whatsoever.
  42. Schedule of events qualification rounds are subject to change at the absolute discretion of the Organizers and the Candidate shall raise no objections whatsoever in this regard.
  43. STAR MRS MISS INDIA PAGEANT / STAR INDIA REALTY AWARDS owner, directors, officers and sponsors etc. are not responsible, accountable or liable in any manner whatsoever for any personal injury to anyone or damages/ compensation etc. on account of any event, incident, cancellation/change in the rules and regulations or change in dates of the events or for any happening of any kind whatsoever, prior to or during or after the event.
  44. "Star Mrs Miss INDIA Beauty Pageant" Organizers are not responsible for any direct or consequential loss or any physical injury that may occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the pageant. The applicant will participate at her own risk and liability and shall have no claim whatsoever on any account against Princess Runway Organizers.
  45. The Organizers are not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for non-completion / non- occurrence of the event.
  46. The Organizers have authority to extend the date or Change the Event Venue. The Applicant can't claim For anything.
  47. Applicant is a citizen or legal resident of India or India born.
  48. The organisers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk & responsibility.
  49. Deadlines are determined by the number of entries. The decision of the judges is final. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
  50. After being selected as a finalist & submission of finalist fee, the finalists cannot quit or back out, in that case there will be no refund & actions will be taken against the finalist for misguiding the organization.
